No, neither exist as yet - you can find discussions on this on the VSI forums - apparently it's due to restrictions in the implementation of the C standard.
I am currently hosting this entire website natively on OVMS except for MariaDB which is running on a Linux box.
Mimer is available as native SQL engine on x86.
