You should append index.php (& language variants if appropriate) to the DirectoryIndex command in apache$root:[conf]httpd.conf to make http://www.issinoho.com:8080/phpbb2/ show the VAMP board, rather than a directory listing of it - unless you really wanted the directory listing for informational purposes.
